ABOUT


So here is a little bit about my journey into the fitness industry.
After a long time modelling I wanted to try and build a career in what I have always been passionate about. So I decided to become a personal trainer and coach to help people get fitter, stronger and live a more balanced life.


I started at a ballet school from a young age, I had always loved movement, dancing, athletics, and being active. However, this passion for dance faded as I got older and focused on other things like modelling. At 19 years old I made it through rounds of auditions and onto a model reality TV show and after that my modelling career took off.
 

It is clear to see how so called perfect images in magazines and through social media channels can sometimes have a negative affect on our own self image and how we perceive ourselves. Being in the modelling industry it was hard and competitive and I couldn't help but compare and despair about my own body shape and size. So after going through this myself I really wanted to reach out and help others who struggle with bad self image and body confidence by getting fitter and stronger.


We never stop learning whatever age we are, so a five years ago I decided to apply to Train Fitness in London to gain my personal training qualifications. I have also gained the following qualifications so here is a list below, 

 Level 2 Fitness instructor
Level 3 Personal training award
 Kettlebell Instructor award
Award in Pre and post natal exercise programs
Cycling instructor award
 TRX suspension training award

Stott Pilates training Merrithews method

Heartcore core reformer dynamic Pilates training 

I love my job and so happy that I can take a passion and make it into a career. You can find me  teaching regular reformer pilates classes at Heartcore in Chelsea. I am also delighted to be one of the new ambassadors for an active wear brand called LNDR and love being part of their brand.
