Hi, my name is Millie and I'm a personal trainer and Pilates teacher in London. 

As one of London's leading personal trainers I work closely with my clients in and around the Kensington and Chelsea teaching my results driven method. 

Specialising in training women I help more and more women today reach their goals and true potential on their health and fitness journey. I believe in providing personalised attention and professional instruction to each one of my clients. 

As a Pilates teacher and barre specialist these disciplines are at the heart of my Sculpt and Shape method. I like to incorporate low and high impact movements which includes using weights to sculpt, lengthen and strengthen your body.

 I am fully qualified and experienced in training ante natal and post natal safely and effectively through out pregnancy and continuing into post natal training. My pilates and barre method is safe and effective to align and strengthen deep core muscles, while working towards your fitness goals. I am with you to guide you through these unique changes of motherhood.

I believe in getting the body moving as we so sedentary in our daily lives. Getting fit doesn't necessarily mean indulging in all the latest fitness frenzies, it is more about the quality of your training.  We are all so busy these days and I want to make training fit around you and how we can make small but effective changes that can amount to a happier, healthier lifestyle.

There is more to fitness than just burning calories and aiming for the 'perfect body', which is highly subjective anyway!

I believe that when you achieve your goals however big or small we gain a real sense of accomplishment, which improves your overall self-esteem and confidence in life. Keeping you challenged and motivated while we work together is a priority because being consistent with our training is where we gain the results. There are no quick fixes!


I try to steer away from using the word 'diet' but good nutrition is the key to a healthy and happy life. We work together ensuring that you can become mindful of how in making better food choices we not only nourish our bodies but have increased energy levels, better mood and sleep.
